Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times generally vary based on the product ordered and, above all, on the destination (Italy and abroad).
• In some cases, they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances related to the carrier.
• National and international couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, during normal working hours (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) as regulated and indicated by them, and Effeuno Srl cannot intervene in this regard.
• Effeuno Srl undertakes to respect the indicated delivery times, trying to anticipate them where possible.
• The delivery service to the floor is NOT available.

Average carrier delivery times – Italy:

• North: 3 – 4 working days
• Center: 4 – 5 working days
• South: 5 – 7 working days
• Islands: 7 – 10 working days

The average timing can be considered valid starting from the day of confirmation of shipment.

The types of shipping methods we offer are:

• Pickup at our premises with your own courier: when the goods are available for pickup, an email with all the details will be sent. This will be subject to an appointment made at least 24 hours in advance (requests for pickup at our premises with means other than authorized couriers will not be considered). EFFEUNO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE CHOSEN COURIER. The replacement and shipment of any damaged parts will be at the customer's expense, subject to a quote. Available days for pickup: Monday – Wednesday – Thursday, from 1.00 pm / 3.00 pm. The appointment will be arranged by Effeuno via email.

• The price includes the product(s) plus Italian VAT (22%).
• Shipping costs are free for orders with a value of €500.00 or more.
• For orders with amounts less than €500.00, shipping costs are to be added to the final cost and vary depending on the product:
  • €50.00 for ovens of any line and model (excluding ovens from the Outlet category).
  • €30.00 for Effeuno Trolley and Effeuno Dough Board (all variants).
  • €20.00 for all accessories and spare parts (excluding trolley and dough board).

All rights of the owner on purchased products are valid exclusively for delivery locations managed by Effeuno Srl or pickup at our warehouse.

The warranty is valid only in countries where shipping is managed directly by Effeuno Srl, and technical assistance is provided by Effeuno Srl exclusively at the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl.

Any transport damages occurring beyond the shipping address managed by Effeuno Srl will not be attributable to Effeuno Srl in any way and will therefore remain the responsibility of the customer or the carrier.
