Purchase & Payment

• Once the oven is ordered, the system sends an automatic order receipt notification email.
• When the order is awaiting payment (bank transfer or installments), it will show as "Pending".
• As soon as we receive payment, the order changes to "In progress".
• When the product is shipped, the day after shipment we send the tracking code by email to track the shipment (except for those who choose in-store pickup or their own courier).
• Deliveries are not made to upper floors.

Orders for which we do not receive news/payment within 1 week from the order date are automatically cancelled.

• The payment methods available in the shop are as follows: Bank Transfer, PayPal*, Credit Card (Payplug) and installment payment with Cofidis or Alma.
• For payment methods with Bank Transfer or credit card, it is mandatory to enter the order number in the payment description.
• *You can also use your credit card without a PayPal account; just select "Pay with a card" after choosing PayPal as the payment method.

To proceed with a financing request, you will need to select "Cofidis" or "Alma". Before being redirected to the financial company's page, choose "Financing Method" and use "Calculate Installments" to view the installment plan.

• Any promotional codes (coupons) must be entered manually by the customer during purchase, except in cases where the promotion already provides for automatic application of the discount.
• If the code is not entered correctly or is omitted, the order will still be processed regularly under the economic conditions displayed at the time of confirmation. In no case can Effeuno retroactively apply the discount or modify an already confirmed order.
• Responsibility for failure to enter the coupon lies entirely with the customer.
• All coupon codes present in the shop during promotions and discounts will be deactivated and consequently invalid.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with Effeuno discounts.

The documents required for the financing request will be specified directly and only by the financial institution. All requests and queries regarding financing must be made directly and only to the relevant financial institution.
